Kimberly Arindell
Kimberly Arrindell, is a servant leader with decades of experience within Fortune 100 firms. Her expertise lies in the areas of strategic consulting, non-profit development, professional training, organizational effectiveness, and career transition coaching. Kimberly excels at organizing programs, facilitating workshops, and motivating teams that have positively impacted performance. She is an effective communicator and business partner at the executive and staff levels with the ability to promote understanding and collaboration across complex organizations.

Kim’s professional training and coaching style is inquisitive, approachable, and action oriented. As Executive Director of the 13th Man, Kimberly also serves as a board member for the past five years. Kimberly serves on the Advisory Committee of Nvolve, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing participation of young women in technology, health, and life sciences careers. Lastly, Kimberly faith is a cornerstone of her personal life. She has served as a board member of Turning Points Ministries for five years lending expertise in marketing outreach and finance committee.

Kimberly received her B.A. from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA and MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in Durham, NC.
