The 13th Man Board

Tessa Edison was born and raised in the DC suburb of Silver Spring,
Maryland. She has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry - a
career specializing in building partnerships that are critical to successful
projects. Tessa founded ASSET Management Consulting (AMC) a
boutique real estate branding advisory firm, in 2017 after generating over
$100M in business as Business Development Manager for a DC-based
small, woman-owned enterprise. She has been on the African American
Real Estate Professionals DC board for several years whose mission is
facilitating economic parity through real estate. She participated in the
inaugural cohort of the Washington, D.C. area Equitable Development
Initiative cohort led by Capital Impact Partners.
