The Everett E. Kelly 13th Man Scholarship fund is a scholarship put in place by 13th Man founder,
Mr. E. Davon Kelly in remembrance of his father, the late, Mr. Everett E. Kelly.

WHY ME? WHY NOW? WHY NOT!

Overview

The 13th Man Scholarship honors the memory of Mr. Everett E. Kelly and will be referred to as the Everett E. Kelly 13th Man Scholarship. Each scholarships recipient will be awarded $2,500.00 paid directly to the school of choice.
 

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Must be High School Senior in good standing

  2. Must be a registered member of the 13th Man by December 31, 2023

  3. Must have minimum GPA of 2.5 (equivalent to a letter grade of C or better)

  4. Scholarship Application Requirements:

  5. Must have 2-3 recommendations with at least one from a teacher of a core subject

  6. Include details on extracurricular activities

  7. Series of extended short answer questions.

Availability:
The scholarship will be available immediately upon enrollment into school
and will be disbursed directly to the school.
