The 13th Man is creating a generation of leaders, civic and community minded, and academic focused young men. The organization accomplishes its goal by instilling leadership skills,  providing mentoring, personal development, and enrichment activities throughout the year.

Program Areas & Activities
 

Developmental Activities: Seminars about Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship, a Speaker Series/Workshops, HBCU Festival, Vision Board, etc.
Social Activities: Team Building, Outdoor Activities (i.e., Hiking), Top Golf, Escape Room, Dave & Busters, Go Kart, Holiday Party, Back to School BBQ, etc.
Mentorship: Guy Talk, Monthly Meetings/Zoom Calls, etc.
Community Service: Project Giveback, MLK Service Project, etc.
